Sealsify is now utilizing the latest technology in Vibration Analysis Services: Motion Amplification. This cutting-edge technique employs a high-definition video camera to capture the movements of any visible structural asset. Using patented algorithms, Motion Amplification measures and quantifies these motions, transforming what was previously invisible to the naked eye into slow-motion, highly amplified video.
This non-contact, non-destructive tool allows us to identify structural and mechanical issues such as structural looseness, weld cracks, misalignment, phase analysis, torsional twisting and bending, belt and chain faults, and more.
Motion Amplification technology can transform each of the millions of pixels from the camera’s sensor into vibration measurement points. Each pixel offers a resolution capable of detecting deflections as small as 1/10,000 of an inch. By converting any point of interest in a captured image into a waveform or spectrum, analysts can quantify and understand the nature of surface movements. This advanced process, previously challenging or impossible with conventional methods, enables the identification and analysis of fault root causes, facilitating more accurate and timely repairs.
